Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - Family Nurse Practitioner
Michele Graziosi comes from a military household and has moved around for a good portion of her childhood. She spent a good amount of time living overseas in Seoul, Korea. She moved to Alabama over 10 years ago to be closer to her family and now calls Alabama home to her and her two beautiful children. Michele found the medical field to be her calling as a child after spending years in and out of the hospital setting with numerous family members. She will always remember the love and kindness that the medical staff showed her and her family through those difficult years and wants to give back to the community the same kind of quality care.
Michele has over 15 years in the medical field. As a nurse, she worked in Cardiology, Neurology, and Intensive Care where she then went on to get her master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in the primary care setting ever since. Michele Graziosi specializes in ages ranging from newborns to the elderly, specializes in Women's Health, and has a passion for mental health.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys hiking, chasing waterfalls, gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her children. Michele is very honored to be part of Somerville Family Medicine and is proud to work with such a fantastic team and with the community.

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - AGACNP
I received my undergraduate degree in Nursing from Harding University with a minor in Health Missions. I met my wife, Ellen, there and we moved to Knoxville. I spent three years there between a busy Pulmonary Medicine floor as well as the Trauma-Surgical ICU. I had my certifications to become a flight nurse when my wife and I decided that a family was more important. I came back to Northern Alabama and attended UAH where I received my Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification. I then spent two years admitting patients to Huntsville Hospital with the Hospitalist service. From there, I transitioned to Somerville Family Medicine. I am currently going back to school to get my Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. I am excited to serve this community.
